Do you ship overseas?

It is possible for us to sell garments to our international customers depending on what country you live in. Please email info@strictlydresses.com for more details.

I’ve seen a dress I really want for my prom/party/graduation – how do I know you haven’t already sold that dress to the same event?

Here at Strictly Dresses we keep accurate records of all our garments and designs sold so we will be able to tell you before you purchase your garment whether we have previously sold the same or similar item to someone in your area and how recently. Please note however we can under no circumstances give out the name or address details of our customers.

I’ve seen a dress I really want but it’s not available in my size. Can you order it in for me?

Yes! Here at Strictly Dresses we produce all our garments so have the luxury of being able to order in ANY dress in ANY size – to ensure woman of any shape or size can shop at Strictly Dresses. Contact one of our Customer Service Team to place your order.

Can I order by telephone?

Although we hope our online ordering system is the easiest way for you to order, we are happy to take telephone orders if you would prefer to place you order this way. Contact our Customer Service Team on 0113 289 3648 or email us at info@strictlydresses.com.

Does Strictly Dresses have seasonal sales?

At Strictly Dresses our sales run all year round! Our gowns are already heavily discounted so you’re already buying what would be a sale item in a similar store or outlet.

In what packaging will my good be delivered?

As our garments are extremely delicate they will be packed with the utmost care before they are sent out to you. Everything is carefully wrapped in tissue so the crystals and beads don’t catch or pull and boxes are large enough to accommodate even the more extravagant gowns without squashing or heavily creasing them. Your dress will arrive in our very own customised packaging designed by the team here at Strictly Dresses to ensure your dress arrives in perfect condition.

Will my dress be creased when it arrives?

Even with the most stringent packaging process it is possible that some creases may temporarily form whilst the garment is in transit. We advise that you hang the garment as soon as you receive it for 2-3 days. In the unlikely event a crease has not dropped out, hang the dress in a warm steamy environment (such as a bathroom) and the steam will cause the crease to naturally lift out.

Do you have a store?

Who needs a store? A store would mean huge overheads resulting in increased prices for our loyal customers. All those rails to trawl through, the rummaging…then there’s getting there, getting parked, and the queuing…you know what it’s like. We are a luxury online evening dress store open 24 hours a day and you purchase directly from us which means huge savings on luxury items you might not normally find at affordable prices. You can shop wherever is convenient for you and you don’t have to carry your shopping home because we deliver to your front door!

What is the best way to store my dress to preserve its condition?

It’s extremely important to hang your gown at all times, supporting the structure with the internal hanging straps. We also advise you to protect the dress by keeping it in a suit carrier or something similar to protect the beads and stones from catching on any other delicate items. Please remember to keep the garment away from any small children as beads can fall out due to wear and tear and these can cause a choking hazard.

Do you sell wholesale?

In order to keep the retail prices of our garments as low as possible, unfortunately Strictly Dresses do not sell wholesale. Wholesaling would also mean producing large quantities of our garments. We’re proud of the exclusivity of our dress collection and is a major reason why customers choose us over other brands.

Do you have any job vacancies?

Strictly Dresses currently has no job vacancies available at present.
