All garments come carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive with you in pristine condition.

All items ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday will be posted Next Day Delivery.  Orders placed after this time will be posted on the following day, except if placed on a Friday when they will posted the following Monday.  Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on a bank holiday.  In this instance please expect your parcel on the next working day.

In the interest of security all parcels need to be signed for.  In the event that you or a member of your household is not available, a card will be left for you to arrange collection at your local post office.

Tracking your order

You will find a note of your tracking number on your email invoice.  This number can be used to track the progress of your package with Royal Mail.  Simply visit: track.royalmail.com and enter your tracking number.  Alternatively please call our Customer Helpline on 0113 2893648 for help tracking your order.

Delivery for Made to Measure & Special Order items

Please allow 3 weeks from the date you place your order to the date you will receive it.  Made to measure and special order items will typically reach our dispatch unit within 2 weeks.  On arrival to our unit you with be notified via email that we are dispatching the item and when to expect it.  A tracking number will also be included in the email so you can monitor the progress of your item as it leaves dispatch.
